How to download RAD for HCL Commerce

Now that HCL Software has fully taken over the WebSphere Commerce products the links are also changing to be owned by HCL Software. During this transition period I want to help our customers to obtain what they need. This post aims to provide a guide and an example of how to download software from the HCL Software sites.

Here is an example on how to find RAD v9.6 for Commerce V9

It is available at the HCL License & Delivery portal (also known as Flexnet).

1. Login to the site: File Download and License Entitlements
2. Then can go to Downloads > Marketing Suite > HCL WebSphere Commerce Developer V9.0 - Rational Application Developer for WebSphere V9.6 Core ML MP eAssembly

3. Find the downloads:

   Name
   HCL RAD for WebSphere Software V9.6 Activation Kit Multiplatform Multilingual
